HI, I’M SI

I’ve been chasing the high of heat across the globe for (cough, too many) years, from Californian hot springs to Japanese steam rooms, North African hammams to Victorian baths.

For me, there’s nothing like the experience of outdoor sauna; the cocoon of the sauna itself, the gasp of a cold plunge, the connection to nature & like-minded souls, the deep relaxation of a post-session snooze (or pint). 

Sauna has helped me through my own (at times extremely challenging) wellness journey. Now - along with my fantastic team of SaunaPopStars - I can’t think of anything better than to share the experience with as many of you as possible.
